What we look for

Application requirements.

We screen every applicant the same way using a Fair Housing-compliant rubric. Here's what we look for:

  • Income of approximately 3x the monthly rent (gross)
  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Verifiable employment or income source
  • No evictions in the past 5 years
  • Positive prior-landlord references
  • All adult occupants must apply
