I'm Katie. I'm a licensed Ohio Realtor with 200+ closed transactions, a notary public, and someone who has personally managed rental properties for years. I built this company to be the property manager I would have wanted when I started investing.

Roberts Property Management is small on purpose. Every property gets walked by me. Every tenant gets screened by me. Every owner has my cell number. There's no hierarchy to push through and no rep-rotation to deal with.
